Access to Intake Forms
Please read the website and write down any questions you have so we can address them when you have your first intake call.
When all forms have been reviewed, a staff member will contact you to discuss them. We will make our treatment recommendations based on your assessments, history, and treatment needs. The intake process usually takes two or three calls. Scheduling the treatment dates is done after the assessment process is complete.
The cost of the ITT program is $5,000 per week (not including hotel, meals, or transportation). It is a special outpatient service not covered by health insurance. The length of treatment (5 days or 10 days) is determined on a case-by-case basis after you complete a preliminary assessment.
A down payment of 50% of the total balance is due before treatment dates can be scheduled and/or reserved for you. You can pay a deposit by credit card or a personal check. A copy of the ITT financial agreement, the informed consent, and the HIPAA notice of privacy practices can be obtained through our business office or by clicking on the financial agreement, informed consent, or HIPAA link. You must sign these forms and return them with your deposit. Reservations made less than 1 week prior to treatment require a deposit with credit card by close of business on Friday before treatment begins.

Will Insurance Cover this Program?
No. Our treatment program is the only one we know of in the United States that provides 30-35 individual therapy hours in a week. Insurance companies do not have a category or a billing (CPT) code for this type of treatment. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
At $5,000 per week our treatment program is a better value than either a hospital stay or a partial hospitalization program where the majority of sessions are group sessions. Our hourly cost is less than the customary rate for individual therapy in many metropolitan areas.
